Separation of Liabilities:
BarLEGAL NOTICE: Baron Hats, Inc. is a solely owned California
corporation and all claims and liabilities are solely the
responsibility of Baron Hats, Inc. Gnome Tree Enterprises is a separately solely
owned corporation, which only administers website design, and processing and
consultation services to Baron Hats, Inc., with no direct or indirect connection
with Baron Hats, Inc. It is employed (via an "outside services" contract)
by Baron Hats, Inc specifically and solely to maintain Baron Hats' website,
process orders from Baron Hats, Inc. website (www.baronhats.com) and administer
processing services, and has no connection with said company other than its
contracted duties, and has no liabilities, debts, or agreements whatsoever with
Baron Hats, Inc., and any third party, including but not limited to its employees,
representatives or assignees. Furthermore, Gnome Tree does not, process, create,
craft or make any of the hats, or other products for sale by Baron Hats, and
therefore is absolved from any legal responsibilities connected in any way whatsoever
with said products. These claims shall be the sole responsibility of Baron Hats,

Stapel
Knives. is a solely owned by Chuck Stapel and all
claims and liabilities are solely the
responsibility of Chuck Stapel. Gnome Tree Enterprises is a separately
solely owned corporation, which only administers website design, and processing
and consultation services to Stapel Knives, with no direct or indirect connection
with Stapel Knives or Chuck Stapel. It is employed (via an "outside services"
contract) by Chuck Stapel and Stapel Knives specifically and solely to maintain
Stapel Knives' website (www.stapelknives.com), process orders from said website
and administer processing services, and has no connection with said company
other than its contracted duties, and has no liabilities, debts, or agreements
whatsoever with Stapel Knives or Chuck Stapel, and any third party, including
